In addition to getting your organization set up on bookkeeping software, we have a complete Knowledge Center that you will gain access to when you become a GoodBooks client. The Knowledge Center is available by login only and we will invite you to create your login credentials shortly after you have completed your registration. Videos, screenshots, and articles are organized in sections (Xero Bookkeeping, Financial Management, Governance, and Payroll). If you are not finding the information you need then there is also a link to submit a question to the GoodBooks Customer Support team. You can submit your question to us and we will email back with a response. We can also book a video call if more clarification is required or having a conversation is the easiest way to solve your issue.
